Pressed Petals

Here's my first try at pressing. A few days ago I pulled petals from my model roses and slid them between pages of my Moleskine. Now they are flat, colorful, and silky smooth. I sized the image a good deal larger than I normally do so that detail is available.




I'm thinking that having a collection of pressings might be fun to work with when the snow is flying.
