This is such a wonderful capture! Before bears made having bird feeders a real trial around here, I spent many happy hours photographing "my" birds. Funny thing is that I used to think that I had 'blown' the shots that had this much blur. Fortunately (before I deleted them!) I realized that these particular shots were so full life and somehow captured the energy and soul of the birds in a way that a tack sharp 'still' photo did not. ~gretchen

So very well said, Gretchen. Today's photo leaves me wondering what it is like to be zipping along as a little bird.
