Tomorrow begins my second week of workshops with Koo Schadler. This week is all about egg tempera. Naturally there is a different materials list and one that I thought I had under control until I began packing. Cheesecloth from Home Depot and pipe cleaners from Michaels Arts and Crafts helped fill in. A recent Daniel Smith order brought in acetate sheets and a glass palette with a while vinyl backing.
Just like last week, there will be nightly reviews of my notes.
I'm ready and
very excited!
I am so glad you are writing about your experience with the workshop. My dream is to take a workshop with Koo Schadler. Your are so lucky. I am sure you are going to learn so much and have wonderful memories.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, I am very lucky! Delighted that you are following along here!

Have fun on week two! I can't believe how much you packed in to last week. You will need at least a week off to process it all. Or is that called retirement? :>)
ReplyDeleteHa ha!!! Yes, Judith, it will be retirement!
ReplyDeleteKoo is both exceptional as teacher and artist. I'm planning on attending a workshop at The Cotswolds in the fall of 2012. See you there?
