My best guess of Buckthorn species is the European Buckthorn,
Rhamnus frangula. I suppose when the web provides conflicting information that the best policy is to rely on my library.
The Shrub Identification Book by George W.D. Symonds again comes to my rescue.
My apologies to Feedburner email subscribers regarding yesterday's post. It looks like Vimeo doesn't play well with Feedburner. Blogger presents just fine as does Google Reader. In the future, I'll include a link to the movie.
