Closing In
It was a late start and I didn't figure to accomplish this much but once I put my head down and plug along one leaf at a time, it works for me. Otherwise, I terrify myself with an impossible job. No matter, I'm closing in. Some cleanup, line definition, and form development for the single leaves, and that's that.

ReplyDeleteI love this composition of three vertical stems with a larger single leaf - I cannot choose which holly I like best though- each one has so much personality! Lovely!

Gretchen, this was such a wonderful experience. I struggled for a time but couldn't stop as it was an assignment. Sarah hands out a copy of her own set of three as a guide. I find that so useful, something to strive for. The benefits of a classroom setting...
